Day 28: Sweet Chili Meatloaf

I love cooking, it is my biggest de-stresser. i made Sweet Chili Meatloaf for Iris and her mum today. Was really nice.  Been a long day editing again, I cannot wait till November for a break.  Just feel I am not getting anywhere and nothing is getting completed…. BUT glad to be busy :-) 28th June 2012
