No gym is required! The workouts are designed to be flexible and can be done with or without equipment. If you have dumbbells, resistance bands, or other gear, you’re welcome to use them, but bodyweight options will always be provided.

This program is designed to fit into your busy festive schedule. You’ll need about 20–30 minutes for workouts a few days a week, plus time to review weekly resources and participate in the optional challenges. The 1-to-1 Zoom calls are just 20 minutes each and scheduled at your convenience.
